TERMS and CONDITIONS
Terms: COD; FOB: Shipping Point. We ship 93% of all orders the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm are generally shipped the next business day.
Although our inventory is extensive, back orders sometimes occur. We will automatically backorder unless otherwise notified.
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of shipment is the price you will be billed.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 10 days in new condition for credit or refund. Advance authorization from WR Products is required and a 15% restocking fee on returned items applies if the error was not ours. Items with custom modifications are not returnable. Please report shipping errors within 10 days. Although our company takes every precaution, errors in price and/or specifications do occur in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such errors.
